90-Day Service Commitment — Terms & Conditions

1. Our Commitment

At Fresh Start Credit Pros®, we stand behind the services we provide. Our commitment is simple: 90 Days or We Keep Working for Free.

2. How the Commitment Works

If no eligible negative items are removed from a client's credit reports during the first 90 days of covered paid services, Fresh Start Credit Pros® will continue providing the covered services without additional service fees until at least one eligible negative item is removed, subject to these terms.

3. Eligibility

This commitment applies to clients who:

• Enroll in an eligible paid service package.
• Provide the information and documentation reasonably necessary to perform the services.
• Respond to requests for information and cooperate with the agreed service process.
• Remain in compliance with their signed service agreement.

4. What Is Covered

The commitment covers continued work on eligible negative credit-report information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or otherwise disputable under applicable law.

Accurate, complete, and verifiable negative information is not guaranteed to be removed.

5. No Additional Service Fees

If the commitment is triggered, Fresh Start Credit Pros® will waive additional service fees for the continued covered work described above.

Any applicable third-party costs must be separately disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

6. No Guaranteed Credit Outcomes

Credit bureaus and information furnishers make their own determinations. Fresh Start Credit Pros® does not guarantee the removal of any particular account, a specific credit-score increase, financing approval, or mortgage approval.

7. Free Consultation

The initial 15-minute consultation is free and does not require enrollment in a paid service. The 90-Day Service Commitment applies only to eligible paid services.

8. Written Agreement

The commitment begins on the service start date identified in the client's written agreement. The agreement will identify covered services, applicable fees, and any additional conditions.
